About the Role

Physical Therapist
Hover Senior Living · Longmont

At ASPIRE, everyday milestones are why we do this work. We're looking for a Physical Therapist to join our team at Hover Senior Living Community in Longmont, serving older adults across independent living, assisted living, and skilled nursing.

ASPIRE is a locally owned, therapist-owned private practice. We built the kind of company we wanted to work for: approachable leadership, collaborative colleagues, flexibility, and respect for clinical judgment.

Why You'll Want to Work Here

  • No weekends or holidays required. Make room for your life outside work.
  • Flexible scheduling. Have input into a schedule that works for you and your patients.
  • Clinical autonomy. Use your expertise to build individualized treatment plans around meaningful patient goals.
  • A team you can collaborate with. Work alongside occupational and speech therapists, with opportunities to problem-solve and coordinate care.
  • Leadership that understands the work. Be supported by therapists who know the challenges and rewards of patient care.
  • Relationships that make the work rewarding. Get to know residents, families, and community staff, and see the difference your care makes over time.
  • Room to contribute and grow. Bring your ideas, develop your interests, and help shape how we serve our patients.

Your Role

You'll help older adults maintain or regain mobility, confidence, and independence through skilled, individualized physical therapy. Your work will include:

  • Evaluating patients and developing treatment plans that connect clinical needs with their personal goals
  • Treating conditions related to aging, neurological disorders, Parkinson's disease, orthopedic recovery, impaired balance, and falls
  • Addressing strength, gait, transfers, endurance, and functional mobility in the environments where patients live
  • Collaborating with OT, speech therapy, community staff, and families to support progress and continuity of care
  • Providing practical education that helps patients and caregivers carry progress into daily life
  • Completing timely clinical documentation and contributing to a supportive, accountable team

What You Bring

  • An active Colorado Physical Therapist license
  • An interest in helping older adults live with greater independence and confidence
  • Strong communication skills and a collaborative approach
  • Sound clinical judgment and a commitment to individualized care

New graduates are welcome, with mentorship available from experienced clinicians. Experience in geriatrics, neurological rehabilitation, skilled nursing, or senior living is valued but not required.

A Community That Shares Your Commitment to Personalized Care

Through ASPIRE, you'll work at Hover Senior Living Community, a nonprofit serving older adults in Longmont, with independent living, assisted living, and skilled nursing on one campus.

Hover's Katherine & Charles Hover Green Houses follow the Green House Project® model, providing skilled nursing care in four small, 12-person households. Private suites, shared living spaces, open kitchens, and family-style dining create a home environment centered on residents' dignity, choices, and independence.

For a physical therapist, this setting offers meaningful opportunities to connect rehabilitation with daily life — helping residents move confidently through their homes, participate in familiar routines, and maintain the abilities that matter most to them.
