Common Questions

Before You Apply

What locations does ASPIRE hire in?

We serve senior living communities across Boulder County — including Longmont, Lafayette, and Louisville — plus our outpatient clinic at 1371 Hecla Dr, Suite E in Louisville, CO 80027. W-2 employees are reimbursed for mileage and paid for travel time between facilities — something most companies don't offer.

Do you hire new graduates?

Yes. We welcome new grads and offer structured onboarding and mentorship. New grads work closely with experienced clinicians and benefit from our small-practice culture where you can always ask questions and get real support.

What does the hiring process look like?

After you apply, a member of our team reviews your application and typically reaches out within 3–5 business days. From there it's usually a phone screen, an in-person or video interview, and an offer — often within two to three weeks total.

Do you offer full-time, part-time, and PRN positions?

Yes — all three. We work with clinicians to build schedules that fit their lives. Many of our therapists choose part-time or flexible arrangements, and our PRN pool is a great way to get started with the team.

What continuing education support do you provide?

We offer a continuing education program that helps offset the cost of courses, certifications, and conferences. Specialties like LSVT LOUD & BIG for Parkinson's therapy are areas we actively support clinicians in pursuing.

Is this a staffing agency or a direct employer?

ASPIRE is a therapist-owned private practice — not a staffing agency. You would be hired directly by ASPIRE, with consistent patients, a consistent team, and a real voice in how the practice operates.

What is the caseload like?

We are a 1-on-1 practice. You will never be double-booked or expected to split time between patients simultaneously. Treatment sessions are yours to run the way you were trained to run them.

I don't see a specific posting — should I still apply?

Absolutely. We hire on a rolling basis and keep strong applications on file. Submit a general interest application above and let us know what you're looking for — we'd love to connect even if the timing isn't immediate.
