ASPIRE matches 100% of your first 1%, then 50% of the next 5% you contribute. That means if you contribute 6% or more, ASPIRE kicks in the full 3.5% match — that's free money toward your retirement. The match is part of our Safe Harbor plan through Human Interest.
Your own contributions (elective deferrals) are always 100% vested — that money is yours from day one. ASPIRE’s Safe Harbor matching contributions vest on the following schedule:
You also become fully vested if you reach Normal Retirement Age (65), or in the event of disability or death while employed. The 2025 IRS elective deferral limit is $23,500 (plus $7,500 catch-up if you’re 50+). ASPIRE’s plan automatically enrolls new hires at 3%, increasing 1% per year up to 6%. You can change your contribution at any time.

PTO is accrued from clinical treatment and non-patient care (NPC) time. When you take a day off, you request the number of clinical hours you want to be paid for from your PTO bank. The amount you request depends on how many clinical hours you typically see per day. The guide below is based on 82.5% productivity (6.6 clinical hours/day) as a starting point, but ultimately it comes down to how much you want to be paid on your day(s) off.
Quick reference at 82.5% productivity (6.6 clinical hrs/day):
| Time Off | Clinical Hours to Request |
|---|---|
| 1 Hour | 0.825 hrs |
| Half Day | 3.3 hrs |
| Full Day | 6.6 hrs |
| 1 Week | 33 hrs |
| Date | Day | Type | Clinical Hours |
