How It Started
Built from the Ground Up by a Therapist Who Cared Enough to Do It Differently
Jordon Allard, MOT, OTR/L founded ASPIRE in 2020 driven by two convictions she couldn't ignore.
First: senior living communities deserved better options. The therapy industry had consolidated into large corporations optimizing for the number of contracts — not the quality of them. Jordon believed that a true partnership, built on trust and accountability, would lead to better care and a better experience for residents. ASPIRE was built to prove that right.
Second: therapists deserved better too. Having worked in the field herself, Jordon saw talented clinicians burning out — treated like numbers on a spreadsheet rather than the skilled professionals they are. ASPIRE was designed from day one to be a place where therapists are genuinely valued, supported, and empowered to do their best work.
Better partnerships. Better careers. Better care. That's the ASPIRE difference — and it starts with why we were founded.
